The Construction and Building Division of the Department of Community Development is responsible for:
- the issuance and inspection of all construction permits, both residential and commercial;
- the issuance and maintenance of business license records;
- the review and issuance of tree removal permits;
- the recording and monitoring of going-out-of-business sales;
- the issuance of permits for garage sales.
