State law requires that all electronic equipment be recycled and prohibits the disposal of these items with trash.
Electronic equipment may be dropped off at the Sunset Avenue recycling drop-off center. A container for the collection of e-waste has been placed adjacent to the metal drop-off area. Neatly place all items into the container. Please DO NOT place the electronic items in the metal container or in the metal collection area. This program is for the collection of electronic equipment only. Please do not place single-stream material, bulk trash or garbage in this container.

The Sunset Avenue recycling drop-off center is located at 3603 Sunset Avenue, at the west end. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, (except holidays), 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. From April 15 through September 30 the days and hours of operation are extended: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon.
