HOURS: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays

Property inspections have begun. The Township has contracted with Realty Data Systems (RDS) to conduct physical and virtual inspections of all property in the Township. If you property is to be inspected in the coming months you should have received a postcard notifying you as such. You can also review a copy here.

Inspector's information is on file with the Township and should you have any concerns about the voracity of individuals claiming to be inspectors you may contact our office at (732)531-5000, or the police dispatch nonemergency line (732)531-1800. Inspectors will also be carrying ID identifying them as employees of RDS. We ask that you require ID from any individual who seeks to enter your home.

Note: Address changes cannot be completed over the phone. Changes must be requested in writing via email, letter, fax, or this online form. Additionally, we do not have surveys on file for any property. As such we cannot provide them.

For clarification… The red points indicates the property had a tax increase of $500 or more.  The blue points indicate the property had a “nominal change” in which the range was set as a  of decrease $500 to an increase of up to $500.  The green points indicate the property had a reduction in property taxes of greater than $500. This is comparing the 2022 tax bills to the 2023 tax bills.
