Municipal Organization
The Township of Ocean operates under the Faulkner Act (Council-Manager) form of government in which the Township Manager is responsible for carrying out all policies established by the Council and, except where otherwise specified in the code or the Charter, the Manager shall appoint and remove all department heads and all other officers, subordinates and assistants.
